Statutory Review of the Tribunals Amalgamation Act 2015
The Law Council of Australia welcomes the opportunity to make a submission regarding the matters raised raised in the Attorney-General Department’s statutory review of the Tribunals Amalgamation Act 2015 (Cth).
This submission is directed at the Terms of Reference (ToR) provided by the Attorney-General for the purposes of the statutory review as required by section 4 of the Amalgamation Act.
