Response to question on notice – hearing of the PJCIS on 27 August 2021

On Friday 27 August 2021, the Law Council attended the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security public hearing, regarding its Review of the Migration and Citizenship Legislation Amendment (Strengthening Information Provisions) Bill 2020 (Bill). 

During that hearing, the Law Council took the question on notice. The submission below outlines these questions.
