Response to IP Australia Public Consultation: Hague Agreement Cost/Benefit Analysis

The submission to IP Australia in response to its public consultation paper 'The Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs: A cost-benefit analysis for Australia', was prepared by the Intellectutal Property Committee of the Business Law Section. The Economic Analysis was prepared following a recommendation to conduct such an analysis by the Productivity Commission in its report entitled Intellectual Property Arrangements (Inquiry Report No. 78) dated 23 September 2016.
