Proposed Amendments to the Legal Profession Uniform Law
The submission to the Commissioner for Uniform Legal Services Regulation in response to the Consultation Paper on proposed amendments to the Legal Profession Uniform Law was prepared by the Law Council of Australia.
The Law Council has consulted with its Constituent Bodies and is grateful for the assistance of the Law Society of New South Wales’ Elder Law, Succession and Capacity Committee (ESCC), In-house Corporate Lawyers Committee and Costs Committee; the Law Society of Western Australia and the Law Council’s National Elder and Succession Law Committee (ESLC) in the preparation of this submission.
