Interim Guidelines on Concerted Practices
The submission to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s Interim Guidelines on concerted practices was prepared by two committees of the Law Council’s Business Law Section.
Part A includes the submission of the Competition and Consumer Committee which has commented in detail on the Guidelines. Part B includes the submission of the SME Committee which has specifically commented on the Guidelines in relation to small business.
