Financial Accountability Regime – Exposure draft legislation

The Law Council makes this submission in relation to the exposure draft Financial Accountability Regime Bill 2021 (Bill) and related materials released for consultation by Treasury on 16 July 2021 (Consultation Materials) which propose to impose a financial accountability regime (FAR regime) on certain financial entities.
