Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Amendment Bill 2022 (NSW)

The Law Council of Australia provided a submission to Portfolio Committee No. 4 – Customer Service and Natural Resources (Committee) in relation to the Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Amendment Bill 2022 (NSW) (Bill).

While this Bill is before the New South Wales Parliament, given its national implications, the Law Council has determined that it is appropriate to provide a submission reflecting views of its Constituent Bodies across Australia, including through their representation on the Law Council’s National Electronic Conveyancing System Committee.
