Discussion Paper: Strengthening Operational risk management
This submission has been prepared by the Superannuation Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia’s Legal Practice Section (the Committee).
The Committee welcomes the opportunity to make a submission to the submission to the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) the issues raised in the Strengthening Operational Risk Management Discussion Paper (Discussion Paper) and the draft Prudential Standard CPS 230: Operational Risk Management (draft CPS 230).
