Copyright Amendment (Service Providers) Bill 2017

The submission to the Senate Standing Committee on Environment and Communications regarding the Copyright Amendment (Service Providers) Bill 2017 was prepared by the Intellectual Property Committee of the Business Law Section.

The committee welcomes the Government’s decision to expand access to the safe harbours, but has concerns regarding the matters addressed in the submissions.
