Breach Reporting Regulations

The Financial Services Committee and the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section provided a submission to the Department of Treasury with respect to the exposure draft of the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response – Protecting Consumers (2020 Measures) Regulations 2021 (Cth), which sets out proposed amendments to the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth), the National Consumer Credit Protection Regulations 2010 (Cth) and related fees regulations.
