Australian Taxation Office - Access to Lawyers' Premises Guidelines

These guidelines have been agreed between the Commissioner of Taxation and the Law Council of Australia in relation to the exercise of the access powers provided under taxation legislation at lawyers' premises in circumstances where claim of legal professional privilege is made.
