Response to Productivity Commission's Report into Access to Justice Requirements
The Law Council of Australia notes the significant Report handed down by the Productivity Commission into Access to Justice Arrangements.
The Law Council notes the Report and while not agreeing with all of the recommendations, the Law Council will be consulting with its Constituent Bodies, comprised of the 16 Australian state and territory law societies and bar associations and the Large Law Firm Group, before responding in detail to the Report.
