Australian Consumer Law

Role & Objectives

The Consumer Law Committee takes an interest in legal developments affecting consumers generally, such as: superannuation, banking and finance, insurance, public health, personal injury and accident compensation.

The Group has a particular interest in the uniformity of consumer protection laws throughout Australia.
