Public International Law Committee

The primary purpose of the Public International Law Committee (PILC) is to provide policy advice to the Law Council Board on international public law matters affecting the Australian legal profession. This will include researching and providing advice on public law matters internationally and how it affects and compares to Australian law.

The PILC will provide advice on how Australian law can keep pace with international standards and innovations by advising on laws, legal structures and institutions.
