Privileges and Immunities Committee
The primary purpose of the Privileges and Immunities Committee is to:
- be an expert resource for the Section and the Law Council on matters of legal professional privilege and other common law and statutory privileges and immunities;
- maintain the CLP Watch web page as an up-to-date source of case-notes and other commentary on common law and statutory privileges and immunities; and
- deliver CPD events for the profession focused on common law and statutory privileges and immunities.
