Standard Ticket Registration includes:
- 1 night accommodation at Lancemore Mansion on Friday 24 March 2023
- Attendance at all workshop sessions across both Friday & Saturday
- Lunch, morning and afternoon tea
- Workshop dinner on Friday, 24 March 2023
- Post conference lunch, details TBC
Accompanying guest
If you wish to bring an accompaning guest (spouse or partner), please select the accompanying guest add on during purchase of a standard ticket before processing payment. The ticket includes all meals and shared accommodation with the standard ticket holder.
Additional Accommodation
You may chose to add an additional night accommodation on Thursday 23 March 2023 or Saturday 25 March 2023. Please note these rates are provided by the venue and are limited and subject to availability.
The annual workshop brings together leading minds from across the taxation and legal profession to address hot topics in tax, under Chatham House Rules to facilitate frank discussions.
The topics to be covered at the Workshop have been selected for their currency and relevance to taxpayers and the tax community. Session topics for this year's event include:
- How safe are discretionary trust distributions in light of recent Part IVA/100A litigation?
- The challenges of cryptocurrency
- Tax crime investigations and judicial developments
- Who is an employee and does it depend on which regulator is asking?
