Events

The Federal Litigation Section conducts periodic events of relevance to practitioners in the areas of administrative law, industrial law, commonwealth compensation, and federal court and tribunal practice generally.

 

 

The Section has recently conducted event on The Changing Face of Industrial Law (March 2006), Occupational Health and Safety (November 2007), as well as a recent joint workshop with the Federal Court on Case Management and the Docket System (March 2008).

The Section currently has plans in process for a workshop on Client Legal Privilege, and a joint workshop with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.  Watch this space for more information, or contact the Section Administrator to express your interest in receiving information on these events.
