eCommerce Twilight seminar "Recent Developments in Electronic Commerce Law"

This seminar will explore recent developments in the law affecting electronic commerce with particular focus on the new ePayments Code and changes to the substantive law as well as the first court consideration of the Electronic Transactions Act. It will also focus on the changes to other aspects of the law and/or practice dealing with electronic signatures, internet payments, domain names and privacy.
